Fairmont inaugurates Chengdu luxury residences in China

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, one of the leading companies in the international hospitality sector, has launched its latest luxury development in southwest China.

The 36-story Fairmont Chengdu Residences project—a mixed-use twin tower property that will also house the Fairmont Chengdu Hotel in 2015—is located within the Palm Springs International Centre in Tianfu New Town, a new central business district in Chengdu.

Fairmont’s first residential project in Chengdu comprises 382 two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments, ranging from 89 sqm to 129 sqm, in the first tower. Tenants of the residences will have full access to hotel facilities and amenities, including the spa, gym, business centre, residents’ lounge, children’s play area, restaurants and a 24-hour concierge. The 375-room hotel tower also includes an additional 52 apartments.
