Chinese jewellery retailer Chow Tai Fook is enhancing customer experience by launching an O2O (online to offline) business model.
MD Kent Wong said the online platform is aimed at facilitating customer interaction and product promotion, while the offline platform is to enable customers try the products and enjoy customer services.
Chow Tai Fook has a network of more than 2000 stores across China. About 600 new stores are to be added over the next three years, Wong says.
