alice + olivia, the line of fun, flirty women’s wear favored by Gwenyth Paltrow and Drew Barrymore, is set to open its first standalone store in Hong Kong’s International Finance Center (IFC) in June.
By pairing up with the ImagineX Group, which bills itself as Asia’s leading retail, brand management, and distribution company, the brand hopes to open 23 locations across mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, and Singapore over the next five years.
alice + olivia expects this greater China business will account for about 20 percent of its international sales within the next five years.

ImagineX Group has had great success with bringing brands like Salvatore Ferragamo, Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs. They have also helped to get the alice + olivia brand exposure in China through Lane Crawford department stores, which the brand’s executives believe will fuel expansion.
