American fashion and beauty company Anna Sui opened its first store in Guangzhou city on July 6.  Anna Sui already has shops in over six cities in China, including Beijing, Chongqing, Shanghai and Hangzhou.

Heavily influenced by beauty magazines and websites, young Chinese women have long been favoring Anna Sui for its trademark feminine-look package design.

Anna Sui’s operation in Tokyo, which has its own websites - annasui-cosmetics.com - has also contributed to the brand’s popularity among young Asian women thanks to the Japanese designers who have launched a variety of accessories in recent years, including combs, hand mirrors and jewelry boxes, all of which used to be Asia exclusive items.
